3rd Kahraman Olgaç Memorial

I. PLACE AND DATE:
The Turkish Chess Federation (TCF) will organize the 3rd Kahraman Olgaç Memorial in İzmir, Turkey from 22 May (Arrival) to 29 May (Departure).
II. INVITATION:
The Turkish Chess Federation has the pleasure of inviting ten players to participate in the 3rd Kahraman Olgaç Memorial.
III. ACCOMODATION:
All players are provided with a full board (excluding alcohol) accommodation at the Hotel Vesta (***), İzmir.
IV. TOURNAMENT VENUE:
Tournament venue will be the hall of the İzmir Özel Turk Koleji.
V. TOURNAMENT SYSTEM:
The tournament will be played using the Double Scheveningen System with 10 rounds. The rate of play will be 90 minutes for the rest of the game with an addition of 30 seconds per move starting from move one.
VI. ADDITIONAL REGULATIONS:
i. According to FIDE Chess Rules 6.6.a the late arrival length is 10 minutes.
ii. According to FIDE Chess Rules 9.1.a the minimum number of moves in 20.
iii. All of the participants are regarded as they read and fully accepted the conditions of the tournament and cannot claim they do not have knowledge about the issues indicated in the regulations.
iv. Electronic devices and cell phones will not be taken into tournament hall.
